Space

People that live on the southern hemisphere use the southern cross as a guide to help them know where they are going. The difference between the North star and the Southern Cross is that the North star does not move and all the rest move. The moon is the only one that orbits a planet Earth.The sun is so big that all of the planets combined cannot match the same size. The sun is so big it can fit one million Earths. In summer vacation in Taiwan there where cool glasses that where very dark and I got to see the sun and I have never seen a real picture of the sun and I was so proud it was even on the news.

Did you know we are learning about space in science. We are making a model of Earth and Jupiter has 17 moons. you can see Jupiter and Saturn because they are very big. Scientists have discovered there where 2 new planets Ceres and Eris. The sun is actually a star. In a globe there is a equator it does nothing it only divides the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere. The earth is actually side ways. The equator is the hottest place on earth. The sun is the most important part of our solar system.

Last week we went to Mr.Briscoe's class to make Olympic mascots.
We had lots of fun,my buddy was KENJI. My buddy helped me trace. I colored my mascots in five minutes. I was so excited when I finished. After five days I got my mascots back. I whore it on right away and zoomed out the door for recess.



Did you know that we are learning about Winnie the Pooh.
Did you know Christopher Robin is actually authors son A.A Milm.
Winnie the Pooh got stuck in Rabbit's Hole and Pooh said "Oh Bother!". Pooh had to stay there for a week and Rabbit used Pooh's legs as a towel horse.
